Role Summary The AI Product Architect to own the design and evolution of analytics-driven and decision intelligence AI systems, translating complex operational data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
• Architect AI systems for analytics, forecasting, and decision support
• Design agent workflows combining structured data, models, and reasoning
• Partner closely with Product, PMs, and Customers to shape use cases
• Ensure AI outputs are measurable, explainable, and actionable
• Review and guide implementation by AI engineers
Generic (Must-Have) Skills
• 8–12 years in data, analytics, or AI systems
• Strong background in:
- Data modeling, SQL, analytics pipelines
- LLM-based reasoning and tool usage
• Experience designing end-to-end AI flows (not just models)
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills
- Able to explain insights, not just generate them
Prompt Engineering & Hallucination Control
• Design and govern structured prompt architectures (identity, guardrails, tasklanes, reasoning control).
• Implement hallucination mitigation including grounding, refusal logic,confidence thresholds, and safe-fail behaviour.
• Own prompt versioning, regression testing, and controlled rollout acrossproducts.
• Ensure AI responses are explainable, traceable, and defensible
Preferred / Product-Specific Skills
• Experience with:
- Operational analytics, KPIs, forecasting
- Decision intelligence systems
• Familiarity with ERP / operations data is a strong plus
• Exposure to maritime, logistics, energy, or asset-heavy industries
