3. Service Delivery Excellence (Payroll & Benefits)

• Ensure accurate, timely payroll and benefits administration across markets
• Strengthen SOPs and operational controls
• Improve onboarding turnaround time
• Establish clear escalation governance

4. Operational Alignment & Risk Management

• Identify operational bottlenecks early and implement solutions

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years experience within HR tech-enabled services, SaaS + managed services, or fintech operations
• Proven experience leading both technical (Product/Engineering) and service delivery teams
• Demonstrated ability to align product strategy with operational scalability
• Experience managing multi market or regional operations preferred
• Strong commercial acumen with exposure to margin management
• Systems thinker with structured execution discipline
• Calm, decisive, and commercially aware
• Strong cross functional communicator
• Able to make principled trade-offs
• Focused on building scalable infrastructure rather than heroic effort

You will lead end-to-end product delivery, from discovery through launch and measurement, while coaching client Product Managers to build lasting capability. This is a consultancy role: you own outcomes, not just outputs, and you bring the same rigour to enabling others as you do to shipping products.

• Identify riskiest assumptions and design validation initiatives; define OKRs and outcome-based roadmaps.
• Plan and run user research (interviews, usability tests) that validate or kill hypotheses before build.
• Define Product strategy, Story Mapping and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria, facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Track delivery KPIs (velocity, cycle time), manage dependencies and mitigate risks proactively
• Define go-to-market strategies, measurement frameworks, and analytics instrumentation

• Coach client Product Managers through daily pairing, identify gaps and tailor enablement.

• Experience: 8+ years across the full product lifecycle, shipping end-to-end, track record of leading discovery.

• Tools: Expert in Figma; proficient with prototyping tools and collaborative platforms; able to build and maintain design systems.
• Methods: Design Thinking, JTBD, Service Design, WCAG / inclusive design principles; evidence-based approach balancing qualitative and quantitative measures.

1. Develop Retail Banking Product Proposition:

• Partner with Product to formulate sound digital product proposition that appeals to customers

• Conduct small experiments to assess market acceptance and iterate continuously to achieve the desired outcome

2. Design Customer Journey with data in mind:

• Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders on customer immersions to understand customer job to be done and define a digital experience that truly meet customers’ needs across different digital touchpoints

• Drive customer immersions by listening to customer feedbacks and conduct researches on the best and evolving market practice to define the most efficient/customer-friendly UI experience

• Study customer profile, segment & transactional behaviors. Be prepared to speak to customer to gain a better & deeper insight to the problem statement & opportunity

3. Take charge in Online Channel Share:

• Develop ideas to grow online acquisition channel share by leveraging on our digital platforms

• Analyze and leverage on internal Data to identify areas of opportunities to increase penetration of digital adoption

• Engage Product and Business Analytics on targeted marketing campaigns to target the right customers

4. Drive retail banking initiatives in the personal investing space:

• Lead/coordinate the development of key initiatives with various stakeholders from onboarding till fulfilment.

• Understand market situation and use data to propose enhancement recommendations

• Support post-implementation tasks such as user training to touch-points, production problem investigation and escalation
