The team provides decision support solutions to address business objectives in risk prevention and fraud detection. We deliver software solutions and offer client support using our expertise and a client-focused approach.

Product Manager

Reporting into the Sr. Product Manager, the Product Manager will drive the strategic direction of GBG’s Predator and Instinct fraud detection platforms. With strong product management experience, you will own the roadmap, shape prioritisation decisions and long-range modernization phases, and bridge the gap between customer needs, engineering capabilities, and commercial objectives. You will champion the voice of our banking and fintech customers while navigating the complexities of incremental platform modernization.

What you will do

• Own and maintain the GFS product roadmap across tactical and modernization workstreams,

Core Responsibilities:

Product Marketing & Positioning

• Own ICP framework development and maintenance, defining buyer segments, pain points, and use cases across PSPs/fintechs, banks, and corporate treasury audiences
• Develop and refine competitive positioning and messaging for iPiD's core products (Validate and Node)
• Translate product and market intelligence into sales enablement material like talk tracks, one-pagers, brochures

Demand Generation & Paid Advertising

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google

Outbound & CRM Operations

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Positioning & Messaging

Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution

1. Lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution with full ownership

Customer & Market Insights

1. Conduct market research including but not limited to customer survey, customer group discussions, user testing, competitor analysis, industry best practices gathering

Cross-Functional Leadership

1. Act as the bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing teams, and Operation.

Performance & Analytics

1. Define and track key product marketing metrics (e.g., adoption, engagement, conversion)
2. Analyze campaign and product performance to drive optimization
3. Use data to inform decision-making and prioritization

Sales & Internal Enablement

1. Equip internal teams with the right tools, messaging, and training
2. Develop marketing materials, playbooks, and product narratives
3. Ensure internal teams are confident in using or promoting the product

• Perform all tasks assigned by the immediate superior in accordance to the specifications and schedule.

• 3 - 5 years of product management experience in cross-border payments, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Strong command of running product development processes and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, with a track record of taking products from concept to delivery

• Exceptional analytical skills - able to structure databases, generate insights, guide decisions, and communication findings through storytelling and visualization
