We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of defence platform electronics solutions. This role will drive product innovation, define long-term roadmaps, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-reliability systems for defence and aerospace applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and manage product roadmaps for defence electronics (e.g. mission systems, communications, sensors, C2 systems)
• Align product direction with platform requirements, customer needs, and long-term support strategies
• Drive innovation by incorporating emerging technologies such as AI, modular systems, and open architectures

2. Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification

• Identify target customers and develop strong market positioning

3. Go-to-Market Strategy

• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new and existing products

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in defence, aerospace, or high-reliability electronics systems
• Experience in product management and/or presales is preferred
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel when required
