Job Description
· The Associate Product Manager will support the delivery and ongoing management of an enterprise digital platform.
· This role focuses on backlog management, cross-functional coordination, and operational support, ensuring that product enhancements and changes are delivered in a controlled, secure, and timely manner across both non-production and production environments.
Key Responsibilities
· Support execution of product strategy through backlog grooming, prioritization, and requirement clarification.
· Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and tasks.
· Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
· Track delivery progress, dependencies, and risks across sprints and releases.
· Assist in stakeholder communication during deployments, incidents, and operational changes.
· Support production operations, including coordination during go-lives, incident management, and post-deployment reviews.
· Ensure all deliverables comply with governance, security, and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
· Experience supporting IT product delivery in a structured environment.
· Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management practices.
· Ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams (development, infrastructure, operations).
· Exposure to production support activities, including deployments and incident coordination.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Flexibility to support after-hours activities for planned deployments or critical incidents, when required.
· Preferred Certifications (Optional) Agile / Scrum certifications ITIL Foundation (or equivalent) Cloud fundamentals certification
