OVERVIEW

This position will take lead account management and provide support for major Japanese accounts and to promote the growth of the logistics business in NX. • For sales in each country, propose appropriate strategies and solutions to each customer. Monitor and track the actions of the pipeline that will be maintained in each country.
• Focus on selling to the regional control department and Japanese customers in sales activities.
• Manage accounts at global (regional) companies, provide customer support, and coordinate for global requests.
• Handle existing customer inquiries, RFQs, address quality issues, and analyze and report on improvements.

• IDMS system (Defects Management): Update defects cases for HDB's review and create new cases for new units and manage defects feedbacks from residents.
• IDMS system (E-Appointment): Manage appointments online.
• Notice - Write notice to inform residents of any construction activities.
• Work together with Site Supervisor to generate work schedule before commencement of public facilities rectification work, such as internal driveway drainage cover, water pipe, etc.
• Generate work schedule for sub-contractors to rectify defects as soon as possible.
• Improvement work - Arrange unit improvement works for residents.
• Lift Monitoring - Report to related parties during emergency and lifts faulty, prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports.
• Guided viewing – Help residents familiar with the areas or facilities around the building.
• Understand BIT and Lock-up inspection before BSC starts.
• Maintain & upkeep of Information Centre & BSC.
• Any ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications:

• Minimum a Diploma or ‘A’ Level with 2 subjects passed
• Possess WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence
• Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer relation works and fair construction knowledge would be an advantage
• At least 1 year of experience in a HDB BTO project
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Mandarin-speaking residents/associates in regards with the maintenance matters.)

We are looking for a Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager who is proactive with a deep understanding of construction, project management and methodologies for landed housing and commercial/ industrial buildings.

The Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the project is completed timely, good quality, cost efficient and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

- Develop Construction Schedule (Microsoft Project).

- Review shop drawings, RFI, Material Submission, Design Co-ordination.

- Develop 2 weeks project look ahead planning.

- Lead the team and subcontractors to execute works and drive project progress.

- Manage materials submissions and trade procurement to ensure adherence to project timelines.

- Liaise with procurement team to ensure timely procurement of materials and subcontractor.

- Quality control & Site Safety

- Manage project budgets and exercise cost control measures.
