Responsibilities:

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Assign responsibilities and mentor technical team.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

Requirements:

• 2-3yrs working experience as a project engineer
• Knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• Project management and supervision skills.
• Exemplary decision making ability and leadership skills.
• Good time management and organization skills.
• M&E or Renewable Energies experience an added advantage
• Possess a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

You will have a direct impact to the program goals of LEAD (Leadership Experience and Accelerated Development), an Early Career Program of Avery Dennison Materials Group APAC, while gaining many insights to the Talent Acquisitions function and business environment as well as various stakeholders as you interact with them to achieve the program impact.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

1. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and APAC business units to ensure smooth program onboarding and an effective learning experience.

2. Support the planning and execution of early talent programs and hiring activities at both local and regional levels, ensuring effective implementation throughout the APAC region.

3. Support LEAD communication initiatives, including promoting early talent programs and hiring activities, and showcasing successful program outcomes and stories.
