Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing end-to-end IT / digital projects
• Proven experience in delivering greenfield or system transformation projects
• Strong hands-on experience in Agile environments (must have conducted agile workshops)
• Solid track record in managing scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality with structured governance
• Experience working closely with product owners and cross-functional teams
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, including senior stakeholder engagement
• Ability to identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Experience in commodities, trading, or energy industry is an advantage
• Relevant certifications such as Scrum Master, SAFe, PMP, or PRINCE2 are preferred
• Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability
• Proven leadership capability in driving high-performance teams (without direct reports)
• Able to manage ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and competing priorities
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Tecnical Proficiency: Extensive experience with enterprise-grade software ecosystems and cloud-based integration platforms.
• Methodologies: Mastery of both Waterfall and Agile delivery models, with the ability to communicate complex data through executive-level presentations.
• Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of core business processes such as supply chain, finance, or commercial operations within a large-scale industrial or technology environment.
• Regional Capability: Previous experience working within a regional headquarters (HQ) environment, including the ability to travel up to 25% for on-site deployments.
