• Provide sales forecasts and assess deal progression, ensuring visibility of key performance indicators and pipeline health.
• Represent the organisation at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences when required.
• Handle commercial negotiations, address objections, and ensure successful deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as pre-sales, delivery, marketing, support, and partner teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to support continuous improvement and strategy alignment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant sales experience, ideally within Government, Enterprise, or B2B environments.
• Strong track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is an advantage.
• Exposure to IT services or technology-driven solutions will be beneficial.
• Strong understanding of sales strategy, negotiation techniques, and business development practices.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently with ownership of results.
• Confident in engaging stakeholders across multiple channels including face-to-face, phone, and email.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop long-term client partnerships.
