We are looking for an innovative and dynamic subject matter expert to lead business development for our ICE Global Network (IGN) and Consolidated Feeds services across the Asia Pacific region. Partnering closely with internal stakeholders — including Sales, Relationship Management, Product, and Marketing teams — as well as external clients, prospects, and partners, the Business Development Director will drive meaningful commercial growth. Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and relationship management teams to drive revenue growth and identify cross-selling opportunities across ICE's broader suite of services.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for IGN and Consolidated Feeds, clearly articulating product capabilities, content coverage, and delivery options to clients and prospects.
• Identify and pursue new distribution opportunities for consolidated real-time market data across banks, asset managers, hedge funds, ISVs, and redistributors — including cross-sell opportunities with IGN.

Knowledge and Experience

Job Description

• To be involved in the planning and execution of civil and structural works.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our restaurant operations and technology solutions. You will lead the design and implementation of two critical systems: (1) a billing and sales expenditure tracking system, and (2) a QR-code-based website for customer self-ordering and payment at each table. Your goal is to increase operational efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance the guest experience.

• Working Hours: 5 days per week (Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Willing to commit to extended hours and shift work during peak periods

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise HVAC system installation including ducting, chilled water piping, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust systems, and BMS interfaces
• Review HVAC shop drawings, technical submissions, and material samples to ensure compliance with design requirements and client specifications
• Coordinate with M&E consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues on-site
• Ensure that HVAC works are executed in accordance with project specifications, codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Attend site meetings and inspections with clients and relevant authorities
• Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager
• Support testing and commissioning activities including air balancing, leak testing, and cleanroom readiness
• Maintain proper documentation for QA/QC records, inspection checklists, and as-built drawings
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline
• Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in construction projects, preferably in semiconductor/industrial/commercial building sectors.
• Familiar with project planning tools and construction drawings
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication, reading, and writing skills in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese associate
• Candidates with strong experience will be considered for a higher-level position, with salary adjusted accordingly
