• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating stakeholder needs into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and actionable deliverables for technical teams.
• Support AI and data-driven initiatives by assisting in the definition of AI/ML use cases, clarifying data requirements, and monitoring the adoption and effectiveness of AI-enabled solutions.
• Apply domain knowledge within Banking, Financial Services, or Education environments to identify process improvements, optimize user experiences, and support business transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business documentation, including process maps, workflow diagrams, requirement traceability matrices, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue management activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments, working closely with developers, QA engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline, with 3–6 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, Digital Transformation, or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Models, and Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM).
• Good understanding of data-driven solutions, including reporting, dashboards, data flows, analytics, and exposure to AI/ML, automation, predictive analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience within Banking & Financial Services, Education/EdTech, or similar regulated and data-intensive environments would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in business analysis and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL, with experience supporting testing, validation, and solution implementation activities.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively within Agile/Scrum delivery teams and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Role Overview

We are seeking a self-managed andIT-savvy professional to support the day-to-day operations and continuousimprovement of existing digital systems. This role suits a hands-on businessanalyst profile who can manage assigned workstreams independently, workdirectly with stakeholders and vendors, and deliver small to medium initiativesend-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manageand support day-to-day operations of enterprise digital and IT systems,including issue tracking, follow-ups, and resolution.

·       Manageassigned projects and change requests from requirements through delivery bytracking timelines, actions, and dependencies, and ensuring timely follow-up.

·       Engagebusiness users to gather and document functional requirements and translatethem into clear requirements for IT teams or external vendors.

·       Coordinatewith external vendors across the delivery lifecycle, including development,user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, issue resolution, and escalation.

·       SupportUAT planning and execution and coordinate rollout activities.

·       Maintainproject documentation, meeting notes, status updates, and reports.

·       Supportprocurement activities, including quotations, vendor coordination, and contractadministration.

·       Organiseand support project meetings, training sessions, and workshops, includingpreparation of presentation materials where required.

·       Provideoccasional after-hours system support when required.

Requirements

·       Diplomaor degree in Information Systems, Business IT, or a related field.

·       3–6years of experience in IT business analysis, or digital project delivery roles.

·       Ableto work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple prioritiesconcurrently.

·       Experiencewith CRM or enterprise digital platforms. Salesforce experience is a plus.

·       Comfortableworking with business users and vendors.

·       Clearcommunicator, organised, and reliable in follow-through.
