• Experience in scoping and evaluation - defining overall considerations, including scalability, maintainability, cost, operations and technology principal risk to provide a recommendation
• Compliance Technology platform experience with Actimize, Detica and Quantexa is highly preferred.
• Understanding of technology and operational processes across functions / departments in the bank/market
• Tertiary level qualifications in Engineering/Technology/Business/Finance or equivalent

Job Descriptions:

• Lead strategic initiatives to expand the company’s presence and revenue streams across the Asia-Pacific region.
• Identify new market opportunities, develop partnerships, and strengthen relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Coordinate business development activities across regional offices to ensure consistent market approaches.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, data analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.
• Design product pricing strategies, prepare commercial proposals, and lead tender submissions.
• Participate in product improvement planning based on market feedback and competitive analysis.
• Organize and represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
• Oversee product training, business negotiations, and client engagement activities across multiple countries.

Requirements:

• Understand the engineering machinery markets in China, the USA, and Germany, particularly familiar with equipment from Sany, XCMG, CATERPILLAR, and LIBHERR.
• At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience in the equipment or construction industry.
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience in the equipment or construction industry.
• Possess background experience in data analysis and market research.
