• Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and presentations tailored to executive audiences.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, data privacy, and compliance standards, especially those relevant to insurance and financial services.
• Align project delivery with business readiness and transformation goals.
• Prepare documentation for funding approvals and cost estimates.
• Monitor financials and ensure quality delivery across all mobile app workstreams.
• Lead cross-functional teams including mobile developers, architects, QA engineers, and vendor partners.
• Evaluate alternative solutions to meet project goals.
• Coordinate the delivery of AI features by working closely with data scientists and AI engineers to ensure business requirements are translated into actionable models and features.
• Facilitate discussions on use cases for Generative AI (e.g., chatbot assistants, content generation) and ML (e.g., recommendation engines, risk scoring).
• Ensure AI features are integrated responsibly, with attention to explainability, fairness, and compliance.
• Track AI model performance and ensure alignment with business KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, data privacy, and procurement policies.
• Collaborate with IT risk, security, infrastructure, legal, and finance teams.
• Coordinate with departments such as Planning, Finance, Marketing, and IT Operations.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.

Skills/Requirement

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 10 years in IT project management, with at least 5 years in mobile application delivery.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in insurance or financial services domain preferred.
• Familiarity with mobile development frameworks, app store deployment processes, and analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel).
• Exposure to AI/ML project delivery or collaboration with data science teams is a plus.
