About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our growing team. This is a front-line role that requires someone who is professional, organised, and capable of working within the unique environment of a busy law firm.

The successful candidate will handle the full scope of receptionist duties while also taking on responsibility for Deed Poll and notary commissioning matters. Key Responsibilities

Reception and Front Office

We are representing our client, a well-established service provider specializing in comprehensive corporate secretarial and management consultancy services for both local and international clients. They are now seeking a motivated Associate Corporate Secretarial to support their diverse client portfolio.

This role is ideal for candidates with solid foundational experience who are ready to deepen their exposure, including listed company work in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.

Associate Corporate Secretarial

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of local and international clients.

• Prepare and file statutory documents including board resolutions, annual returns, and minutes of meetings.

• Maintain and update statutory registers and records in compliance with the Companies Act and ACRA guidelines.

• Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams on corporate secretarial matters.

• Support senior team members in listed company compliance and governance advisory work.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holders, preferably pursuing or completed ICSA qualification.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience.

• Open to learning and supporting listed company corporate secretarial work.

• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Professional communication skills, written and spoken with a client-service mindset.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Essential Requirements

Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM (Fusion) Security and Authorization, with at least 2 full end-to-end implementation lifecycles in a lead capacity.

Deep expertise in Oracle HCM SaaS security architecture, including RBAC, Abstract Roles, Job Roles, Duty Roles, Data Roles, and Oracle Security Console.

Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence Management, Workforce Management, and Recruiting.

Proven experience defining and governing data security policies, including Person Security Profiles, Payroll Security Profiles, and Legislative Data Group (LDG) security.

Demonstrated expertise in SoD conflict identification, management, and remediation within Oracle HCM.

Experience managing and facilitating client workshops, requirement sessions, and design reviews.

Proficiency in producing high-quality security documentation, including Security Design Documents, Role Catalogues, and Access Matrices.

Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and post-go-live security activities including defect triage and access validation.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with business, IT, and audit functions.

Experience managing and mentoring security team members in a consulting or project delivery environment.

Desirable / Advantageous

Oracle Cloud HCM certification in Security or relevant functional modules.

Experience with GRC tools integrated with Oracle HCM (e.g., Oracle Advanced Controls Cloud, Pathlock, or similar).

Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements and IT General Controls (ITGCs) as they relate to Oracle HCM access.

Exposure to Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) or other Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms.

Experience in large-scale public sector or regulated industry Oracle HCM implementations.

Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) and associated security considerations.

Job Description
Ensure the legal integrity of contracts to protect the company's interests and prevent potential legal issues.
Advise on the appropriate legal structures for project entities (e.g., joint ventures, SPVs) and ensure their compliance with local and international laws.
Address international legal considerations, including trade laws, export controls, and multi-jurisdictional regulatory requirements.
Draft, review, and revise contracts to ensure legal soundness, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. This includes negotiating contract terms with external parties to achieve favorable outcomes and safeguard the company’s interests.
Identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Support the acquisition and maintenance of all necessary licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals required for project implementation.
Negotiate and mediate disputes arising during contract execution, leveraging legal expertise to deliver fair and efficient resolutions.
Provide legal guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters and broader legal issues as needed.
Clearly communicate contract terms and obligations to internal stakeholders to ensure uniform understanding and compliance.
Collaborate with external legal counsel on legal and/or regulatory matters when necessary and manage legal engagements effectively
Work closely with project management, finance, procurement, and other departments to ensure cohesive contract management across the organization.
Conduct legal training and briefings for internal stakeholders to ensure awareness of key legal issues and compliance requirements. 
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and related documentation.
Oversee and manage claims, arbitrations, and court proceedings related to the company’s projects.
Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as directed by management, ensuring all legal and regulatory considerations are addressed.
Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures to strengthen legal governance in project execution.
