1.  Frontline Operations

Job Description

• Coordinate event operations and logistics across multiple venues and programme owners
• Establish streamlined workflows to support efficient event preparation and delivery
• Manage ground operations to ensure smooth on-site execution and issue resolution
• Oversee the virtual event experience, including platform setup, content accuracy, and systems coordination
• Work closely with event organisers, venues, and technology vendors to ensure operational readiness
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align timelines, information, and deliverables
• Support project management activities, meetings, documentation, and event administration
• Provide operational support across broader organisational programmes as required
