Incident/Emergency Handling

• Incidents and Emergencies are emotionally charged situation, particularly when there are allegations of theft.  All guests, staff or other people involved must be dealt with sensitively and professionally so as not to inflame the situation.
• To professionally conduct full inquiries and follow-up activities for all security related incidents.
• As required, to carry out formal searches on employees, locker rooms and place of work as directed by hotel management, with the presence of Human Resources Executive as a witness.  All people interviewed or searched are to be presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
• To organize the Security Fire Fighting Team in the event of an emergency.

Safety Function

•  Lead to uphold safety laws and regulations in Malaysia, create a safe work environment, and prevent job-related incidents at the hotel/resort. This includes conducting safety inspections, identifying potential hazards, and executing preventive measures.
• Train and inspire team members to follow our company's occupational health and safety protocols. Be responsible for investigating work-related incidents and injuries, providing comprehensive reports, and suggesting preventative actions.
• Additional duties involve gathering safety statistics, preparing reports, and carrying out other safety tasks.

• Partner with Security System Engineering and Security Operations teams to ensure security system and device health for operational state CO+I facilities.

Responsibilities:

Financing & Capital Markets

• Support equity financing rounds, including term sheet negotiations, SPA review, and transaction execution
• Assist in IPO preparation, including due diligence, disclosure documentation, and regulatory filings
• Manage corporate equity structure, including ESOP administration, cap table management, and shareholder communications
• Liaise with external counsel, underwriters, and auditors on financing and capital markets matters

Corporate Governance & Compliance

• Prepare board and shareholder materials, including resolutions, minutes, and governance documentation
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including the Singapore Companies Act and applicable securities regulations
• Support the development and implementation of internal compliance frameworks and policies

General Legal Support

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (e.g. NDAs, vendor agreements, licensing, employment contracts)
• Provide day-to-day legal advisory support to internal stakeholders across functions
• Manage disputes and litigation matters in coordination with external counsel
• Conduct legal research and assess regulatory developments impacting the business

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB/JD or equivalent); admission to the Singapore Bar or a common law jurisdiction is preferred
• At least 1 year PQE with relevant exposure to capital markets and/or IPO transactions will be advantageous
• Candidates from private practice with experience advising semiconductor or manufacturing clients are welcome to apply
• Strong grounding in corporate law, securities regulations, and equity-related matters
• Fluency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency will be advantageous to liaise with chinese counterparts

THE JOB

The Security Operation Center (SOC) Manager reports to the Securitas Branch Manager. This role involves direct management and operational responsibility, and ensuring customer and company satisfaction.

Your primary function is to perform the undermentioned tasks as outlined by the Compliance, Strategy & Risk Management (CSRM) Security Operation Centre. Main duties and responsibilities are to perform day shift duty to provide security coverage involving the following key activities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Program & Global Operations Oversight – To include the planning, direction, and control of all operational and administrative framework for the security personnel, ensuring adherence to CSRM-defined standards for all security monitoring programs and incident response protocols.

• Primary Liaison & Crisis lead - To function as the primary liaison to the CSRM Point of Contact (POC) for all critical operational matters. To provide leadership for all supplier-driven crisis coordination efforts, ensuring swift response and transparent communication.

• Global Project Execution – Delivers comprehensive oversight for the execution of security site and optimization of SOC tools and establishing an internal framework for issue escalation and resolution.

• Performance Analysis & Compliance Assurance – Provides detailed, data-driven assessments to the CSRM POC. Ensure proactive, intelligence-led monitoring and measurable compliance with all CSRM policies and regulatory requirements across all global operations.

• Local Service Oversight & Resource Coordination – Ensures timely and accurate incident reporting and coordinates SOC resource allocation to support local security needs and optimize field resource distribution.

• Field Support & Service Coordination – To deliver immediate SOC-based support to on-site security teams by relaying crucial information, managing local incident communications and coordinating emergency drill management.

• Local Incident Service Management – To manage the escalation of multi-area incidents to the appropriate regional service level and coordinates SOC support for local incident investigations.

• Specialized SOC Services – To provide specialized services tailored to the local area, including virtual escorts, restricted camera access tours, and concierge-level security support.
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must hold a valid PRD Grade of Senior Security Supervisor (SSS) rank.

• Preferably 3 years of relevant experience as a manager in the SOC environment.

• Equipped with computer skills

• Experience in dealing with information and intelligence, interpreting security threats and risks, and managing investigations.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong oral and written communication skills are critical, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze semi-quantitatively, problem-solve, and scope.

• Ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise.

• Independent, well-organized, and good work attitude

• Flexible and adaptable.

• Flexibility in relation to the working hours (days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, sponsors, vendors, venues, and agencies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Events Management, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in events management, with proven experience leading large-scale or national events.
• Prior experience in non-profit, public sector, or fundraising events is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong project management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
