JOB DESCRIPTION

• To manage site office and HDB Building Service Centre, attend to resident's feedback and complaints. Interact with residents to maintain good relationship.
• Assist on phone calls and emails to answer resident’s enquiries. Make appointment for resident to attend inspection with BSC (Building Service Centre) team.
• Liaison with consultants and HDB officers.
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents. Maintain & upkeep of Information Centre & BSC.
• Organize and coordinate site meetings, conferences.
• Provide admin support to the project team.
• Assist HR department to handle foreign construction worker matters.
• Assist Finance Department for project petty cash claim matters.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by project manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Experience in handling HDB BTO project is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Willing to work at HDB construction site.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.

Location: Changi Business Park

Duration: 6 months contract (Maternity Cover)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 11am - 4pm

Salary: Up to $2500

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle legal documents intake process.
• Supports activities related to legal operations, technology, budget/expenses, risk/controls, litigation/discovery/settlements or administration
• Performs varied work requests from multiple sources that may have tight deadlines
• Responsible for tasks associated with programs and projects
• Provides analysis of matters in support of resolution of situations or to formulate an approach
• Liaise with other control and functional stakeholders in support of project initiatives
• Works closely with the manager to complete tasks assigned
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy/procedures, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or at least 2-5 years experience in corporate legal department, law firm, financial services, consulting, technology firm or related industry
• Must have attention to detail, strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry
