Required Qualifications:

Hands-on expertise with:

• Imperva (Hice to Have).

Overview

The Cyber Monitoring Associate will be part of the Cyber Operations team that is responsible for monitoring and investigating alerts to identify potential incidents. The individual will be required to work closely with other members of the Cyber Operations team to ensure the successful delivery of the alert monitoring, triage, and escalation.

• 4+ years of experience in IT, IT Security, Security, Technical helpdesk, Security Operations are preferred

Position Summary

Oversees daily security operations, manages the security staff and ensures the protection of people, property and assets. Responsible for implementing security protocols, conducting training and serving as the primary point of contact for emergency situations.  

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train and schedule security personnel, both in-house and sub contracted staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide on-going coaching.

Operational Oversight:

• Monitor surveillance system(CCTV).
• Perform regular site patrols.
• Ensure all entry points are secure.

Emergency Response:

• Coordinate response to fire alarms, medical emergencies or security breaches closely with HSE dept.
