Responsibilities

• Manage and organize legal documents and case files to ensure accuracy and accessibility for the firm
• Maintain the calendar of the Managing Partner to ensure accuracy of court hearings and client's meeetings
• Apply attention to detail in preparing and reviewing legal correspondence and filings to support case outcomes
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to a positive and productive work environment that drives client success
• Adapt to diverse case requirements and support continuous learning to enhance legal knowledge and skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in Google Calendear, eLitigation and ICMS is advantageous but not required
• Demonstrate a pleasant disposition to foster effective teamwork and client interactions
• Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure precision in legal documentation and processes

Filing
