The Tooling Department plays one of the most critical roles in Cyrus. You will be joining a dynamic team managing and working closely with the Tooling Manager, to solve technical issues and managing the fabrication and repair process of moulds. You will also be involved in the day-to-day operations of the toolroom which includes documentation, planning and scheduling, and reporting to deliver on our projects.

Your key responsibilities are as follows:

- Coordinate and prioritise the projects and workload of the department, to ensure projects are fabricated accurately according to time schedules

- Diagnose machine and tooling equipment malfunctions, as well as to expedite and coordinate repairs or replacement to avoid excessive downtime

- Coach and support the development of the team, and provide guidance in solving toolmaking issues

The Quality Department plays a very important role in Cyrus in maintaining the quality management system and driving quality improvements to deliver high quality products for our customers. You will be working closely with the Assistant Quality Manager on Quality Management System (QMS) and suppliers’ management.

Your key responsibilities are as follows:

- To participate in procedures for Supplier Management process such as supplier on-boarding, selection and approval process by assessing and evaluating supplier profile; visiting and auditing of supplier facility and process, initiating supplier quality agreement review, and establishing good partnership with suppliers.

The successful candidate will be part of the Cargo Network Operations team and will assist in resolving load control–related issues by supporting load planning procedures. The role provides operational support in load control, load planning, documentation, and coordination between various stakeholders to ensure on-time performance and regulatory compliance on every flight. 

Responsibilities

Load Control Support

• Support load planning procedures and assist in resolving load control–related issues
• Maintain accurate flight documentation and records and provide backup support during irregular operations and flight delays

Load Master Support

• Assist in calculating aircraft weight and balance for passenger and cargo flights, and support the preparation of load sheets and loading instruction reports (LIR)
• Verify cargo manifests and loading instructions and ensure proper cargo restraint and load distribution
• Ensure special cargo is correctly loaded on the aircraft (e.g. correct orientation, proper restraint, adherence to aircraft restrictions for live animals, perishables, oversized items)
