Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Executive to provide end-to-end administrative, scheduling, conference logistics, and communications support to the Programme Chair (PC) of Healthy Longevity Translational Research Programme. The role requires strong ownership, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

A) Scheduling & Meeting Logistics

• Coordinate and manage the PC’s meetings, appointments and calls, including scheduling/rescheduling across multiple stakeholders while factoring priorities, travel time, meeting purpose, and attendees’ preferences.
• Take ownership to ensure meetings run smoothly by independently identifying required actions and executing them (e.g., sending Zoom links, venue booking, transport arrangements, meeting room setup, A/V coordination, and guest reception when needed).

What you will do:

• Handle inbound enquiries and follow up on leads from contractors and construction companies
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
• Conduct product presentations and assist with on-site demonstrations
• Prepare and send quotations, follow up on orders and coordinate delivery with the operations team
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Support marketing activities, including trade shows and exhibitions

Technical Service & Support:

1. To provide and innovate the method to prepare cured samples / sample blocks as a technical support to sales team & admixture business.
2. Act as an active member to provide technical support such as conduct product training and demo to sales team, applicators & end users.
3. Act as technical service provider to handle customer complaints including site visits & follow-up as well as preparing investigation reports.
4. To carry out site visit to ensure systems were carried out in the correct method and meet customer expectations.
5. Build positive working relationships with applicator customers, conduct quality reports, and assess competence levels via practical assessments.
6. Provide expertise in technical support to sales team & customer for pre- and post-sales

Product Application & Development:

1. Assist in product development & production optimization exercise to meet business needs.
2. To provide technical guidance/assistance to customers for product application, troubleshooting through engaging salesperson, customers and carry out lab test to share and enhance customer product knowledge
3. Responsible for the accurate preparation of samples according to product formulation, to cater for laboratory evaluation as well as upon customer requests.
4. To provide technical advice in relation to admixture products to internal staff with the objective of raising the technical capabilities of the organization.Others:
5. Prepare and maintain record of all in-house & external test data to ensure traceability of critical & important information. Analyse test results and report findings as well as put forward recommendation for improvement needs where necessary.
6. Ensure safe practices are followed at all times.
7. Ensure that lab tools & equipment used are clean and well maintained after use. Also to maintain cleanliness of laboratory after each trial or testing activity.
8. Revalidation of expiring admixture products.
9. Communicate with independent laboratories & other external parties for all company products related testing.

Qualifications

Diploma in Civil Engineering, Chemistry or a related field

Resident Technical Officer (M&E)

• Supervise and monitor M&E works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct in-progress inspections, identifying and reporting any non-conformities.
• Attend site coordination and quality meetings.
• Witness inspection and testing sessions to ensure adherence to designs and specifications.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Resident Technical Officer or in a relevant role.
• Registered and valid RE/RTO accreditation by the Joint Accreditation Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
• Preferred applicants with a Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors Course (BCSS).

Job Description

• Ensure the implementation of sound HSE culture in the Power Plants.
• Ensure the legal compliance on all the activities in the Power Plants with respect to Health and Safety, industrial requirements and statutory requirements etc.
• Ensure that the activities of the Power Plants, especially related with Management of Change (MOC) are managed, controlled and documented through the Quality Management system.
• Support the Team to achieve highest level of reliability of the Power Plants.
• Support the Team during un-availability scenarios to ensure fast recovery of the Power Plants.
• Identify Propose and Implement process improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency of the Power Plants.
• Analise technical problems in the Power Plants and propose and implement solutions to prevent or mitigate the consequences of such problems.
• Analise Power Plants incidents and propose corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
• Monitor proactively Power Plants Operations to anticipate technical problems.
• Support to develop and implement tools that enable better monitoring of Power Plants, Systems and Equipment performance.
• Support the Team in the preparation and execution of the Planned Maintenance.
• Provide managerial guidance, direction, develop and motivate Power Plants Team.
• Liaise with the external stakeholders for the daily operative issues.
• Liaise with the internal stakeholders to ensure reliable and efficient operation of the Power Plants.
• Liaise with third party stakeholders, specially LTSA Contractors, to ensure the fulfilment of the respective contractual requirements to safeguard the interest of the Power Plants.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters engineering Degree from an accredited university.
• Additional qualifications in Management Administration, Safety, Project, Emergency or Quality Management would be an advantage.
• Mandatory 15 years relevant power plant-related technical experience in the Operations and/or Maintenance Departments.
• Sound experience in the erection, commissioning and initial start-up phases of a modern Power Station.
• Sound understanding, knowledge and experience of Combined Cycle Power Station setup and O&M activities.
• Sound understanding of Combined Cycle Power Station process.
• Relevant knowledge of Control and Instrumentations of Power Plants.
• Relevant knowledge on Combined Cycle performance analysis and optimisation.
• Detailed knowledge and experience of modern Health, Safety and Environmental, and Quality Management practices.
• Ability to lead teams and manage numerous personnel, especially during critical plant outage periods.
• Ability to work in multicultural team and able to perform under stress.
• Ability to support the Team on “ad hoc” basis to guarantee highest level of availability of the Power Plants.
