• Support cloud database environments on AWS (RDS, EC2) and Snowflake, ensuring security, scalability, and operational efficiency.

• Maintain monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, and Splunk, while developing automation scripts for maintenance tasks.

• Support database releases, schema updates, migrations, and deployment activities in collaboration with application and infrastructure teams.

• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, incident reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Participate in after-hours support for maintenance activities and critical incidents when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Database Administration or Database Engineering across DB2, PostgreSQL, and MySQL platforms.

• Experience supporting production or mission-critical systems, including AWS database services and Snowflake or similar data warehouse platforms.

• Strong knowledge of SQL scripting, stored procedures, query tuning, and database performance optimization.
