Key Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the technology direction, oversee adherence to technology, SDLC, and Agile standards and policies, and promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Drive technical improvements in the SDLC and automation frameworks, coming with a technical background in Backend development, Frontend development, or Mobile development.

Prerequisites

• 7+ years of experience in leading technical teams.
• Experience in a software development role, delivering high-quality applications.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standard best practices and full SDLC, and proficiency with Agile methodologies.
• Substantial expertise in full-stack development technologies in frontend or backend, tools, design solutioning, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Possess software architecture and design skills to guide the development of solutions that are secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise applications delivery.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Foresighted behavioral attitude for effective delivery management
• Hands-on experience and close to the modern technology stack

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations for providing technical assistance with equipment operation.

4. Perform specimen handling, control and tracking functions to identify and troubleshoot defective materials.

6. Records and report equipment failure discovered during the preventive maintenance cycle

8. Assist in the evaluation of new or modified techniques when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess least Degree and above preferably in digital systems and computer Engineering.
• Knowledge of R2, Responsible Recycling for E-Waste.
• Advantage knowledge of Life Cycle for personal computer.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the logistic / 3PL / Supply Chain is required for this position.
• Proficient with computer function and SAP knowledge.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, organized and able to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, multitask and work well in a fast pace’s environment.
• Positive customer service skills with an ability to communicate eloquently and effectively.

• Managed design approval processes, resolving technical issues efficiently and minimizing project delays
• Ensured all designs met contractual requirements, industry standards, and client specifications
• Coordinated with BIM and multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical clarifications and enhance workflow
• Identified potential risks early and implemented mitigation strategies to protect project outcomes
• Prepared and presented design progress reports and updates to management, project teams, and clients
• Supported tender processes with precise technical submissions, contributing to successful bids
• Actively participated in progress, coordination, and site meetings to drive alignment and quality delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PEB recognized)
• Minimum 8 years in design/design management, with 3+ years hands-on design experience
• Strong expertise in civil engineering design, documentation, and shop drawings
• Solid technical expertise in electrical systems, components, and installation practices
• Good understanding of relevant electrical engineering codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with project stakeholders
• Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
