• Support business coordination activities, including preparation of materials for meetings with suppliers, hospitals and partners
• Assist in coordinating schedules, travel arrangements and logistics for business-related activities and overseas engagements
• Provide operational support to ensure smooth execution of cross-functional activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science or a related scientific discipline
• Laboratory or research experience involving material characterisation, synthesis or analytical techniques (e.g. spectroscopy, chromatography, NMR)
• Strong attention to detail with disciplined documentation practices
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals or diagnostics
• Experience supporting technical documentation, regulatory submissions or supplier correspondence
• Working knowledge of an additional European language (e.g. French or German) to support communication with European suppliers
• This role requires occasional overseas travel to support supplier engagement, product discussions and training activities
