• Experience in UML and Object Oriented Analysis & Design
• Experience in CMS customization and usage (please specify type of CMS in resume).
• Good documentation skills.
• Proven 8+ relevant experience as Analyst Programmer Tech Lead

We are looking for a Tech Integration / Account Liaison Specialist to drive the seamless integration of new technologies, third-party systems, and APIs into a fast-evolving digital ecosystem. This role combines strong technical expertise with stakeholder management and delivery ownership, ensuring integration initiatives are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of technology integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and operational goals
• Collaborate with internal teams (Technology, Product, Operations) and external partners to design and implement integration solutions
• Evaluate and recommend third-party platforms, APIs, and tools to enhance digital capabilities
• Oversee API development, microservices architecture, and middleware solutions to enable seamless system connectivity
• Ensure high system performance, reliability, and scalability across integrated platforms
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration standards, and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement of integration processes, tools, and frameworks
• Monitor emerging technologies and assess opportunities to enhance the digital ecosystem
• Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’sdegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in system integration, software engineering, or related roles
• Strong experience with APIs, microservices architecture, and middleware technologies
• Hands-on experience integrating third-party systems and platforms within complex environments
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern system architecture
• Strong knowledge of security, data protection, and compliance standards
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders

Job descriptions and responsibilities:

• Responsible for hotline support and train end-users on all company’s software products,

• On-site support, installation and training at end-user office,

• Trouble shooting of current software and new software,

• Assisting sales and software staff on any sales or software activities if necessary,

• Candidate with implementation of software projects will be an added advantage,

Requirements:
