The role

As a Support Engineer, you will be the first line of contact for clients needing technical assistance and will also support operational tasks. Job Responsibilities:

1. Support the Community Development Councils (CDCs) in engaging and building relationships with stakeholders such as venue owners, grassroots organisations, and partner agencies to expand the programme's reach and impact.
2. Collaborate with team members and partners such as National Arts Council, Community Arts and Culture Clubs (CACCs), and schools to ensure smooth operations, including but not limited to identifying, securing, and procuring venues, logistics, and coordinating community performances to ensure seamless programme delivery.
3. Work closely with CDC, the core communications team, and community stakeholders including schools and social purpose entities to develop and execute comprehensive publicity strategies, including updating the GoWhere site, to effectively promote ArtsEverywhere @ CDC initiatives and maximise community awareness.
4. Assist the CDC manager with Wecare Arts Experience, e.g. invite beneficiaries from Wecare Arts Experience to attend ArtsEverywhere.
5. Design and implement data collection methodologies to gather and analyse programme metrics for continuous improvement and review purposes.
6. Collect and curate compelling human interest stories of residents/performers through community engagements and surveys.
7. Foster strong working relationships with government agencies and community partners to leverage resources, share best practices, and create synergies that enhance programme outcomes.
8. Handle procurement and prepare Statements of Accounts (SOAs) for reimbursement, ensuring compliance with financial procedures and maintaining accurate records.
9. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) of the programme, assess programme effectiveness via feedback mechanisms, identify areas for improvement, and respond to community needs and preferences, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
10. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by CDC/ CPD.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 application support for clinical and internal systems, including troubleshooting, issue logging, and escalation
• Assist in system changes, user acceptance testing (UAT), and minor enhancements
• Support user access management, system setup, and basic configurations
• Perform data extraction, report generation, and basic analysis to support operational needs
• Work closely with clinicians and users to resolve system and workflow-related issues
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for issue resolution, system updates, and follow-ups
• Support system implementation, upgrades, and integration activities
• Assist in procurement, asset tracking, and basic administrative tasks
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and ensure proper tracking of issues and resolutions
• Support audit, compliance, and KPI reporting, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Healthcare, or related discipline, with 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support, application support, or similar roles
• Exposure to application/system support, including troubleshooting, user support, or ticket handling
• Experience in healthcare or clinical systems is an advantage but not required
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, or system integrations
• Familiar with Excel and data reporting; exposure to reporting or analysis is a plus
• Experience in procurement, administrative support, or operations coordination is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to support non-technical users
• Able to multitask, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
