• Follow up proactively with customers on sales enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery status to ensure timely communication and order fulfillment
• Support service sales by preparing service quotations, handling maintenance support requests, managing spare parts enquiries, and maintaining customer follow-up
• Coordinate effectively with engineering, service, and operations teams to gather technical and commercial information for customer proposals and internal reporting
• Maintain and update customer records, quotation tracking, and sales follow-up reports to ensure data accuracy and support sales forecasting
• Assist in basic marketing activities by preparing product information, updating presentation materials, and supporting exhibition or customer visit preparations
• Respond professionally and promptly to customer enquiries to enhance customer experience and build trust
• Continuously learn and develop knowledge of the company’s technical products, including automation systems, semiconductor equipment, and test solutions

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (as stated under Requirements)
