• Manage one of the Data Suite products, including but not limited to Data Map, Data Integration, Data Development, Data Management, Data Quality, Data Services, Data Metrics, Data Visualisation, etc.

• Responsible for requirements analysis, product design, product prototyping as well as product operation.

• Understand user needs and big data use cases, abstract complex requirements or scenarios into solutions, and implement them in the product to empower users.

• Develop and maintain user relationships and communication channels with users, synthesize product features from users’ requirements and feedback.

• Explore and continuously learn the best practices from the big data industry, and continuously plan the product blueprints in the long term.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field.

• At least 1 year of full time product management / technical product management experience.

• Prior experience with data-related products is preferred, as this role supports the Data Infrastructure team.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical/engineering team to achieve project targets, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Foster open and effective communication with staff, workers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to support smooth project execution.
• Review and ensure all technical documentation submitted by subcontractors complies with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and local codes.
• Plan and implement daily works in accordance with project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders on all project-related matters.
• Collaborate closely with the project management team, including Construction Manager, WHSO ,and QS Manager, to resolve engineering and operational issues and ensure project success in line with client expectations.
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with technical requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, supporting talent growth and capability building within the organization.
• Support tender activities by contributing technical expertise in the preparation and review of design and construction methodologies for building projects, as part of the tender team for new project pursuits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural/ building / civil structural engineering/ construction management or related
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong track record in planning and engineering management for large-scale developments.
• Demonstrated capability in project leadership, including resource planning, cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
• Strong experience in managing master schedules, budgeting, cash flow, and progress claims, with solid commercial awareness.
• Hands-on experience in authority submissions and approvals, particularly within Singapore’s regulatory environment
• Familiar with cross disciplinary coordination, codes of practice, relevant authorities’ regulations, submission and approval procedures
• Competent user of relevant engineering software (Microsoft Project, Power Point, etc.)
• Possessed a team spirit, resolving conflicts, being able to interact and work with colleagues, delegating tasks, setting project milestones and liaising with consultants at various levels
• Adopt proactive mindset, logical thinking, problem solving, and meticulous in technical planning and attentive in detail
• A proponent of lean principles, value engineering and value added mindset to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Experience in tender management, including preparation of technical and commercial submissions for overseas and local projects.
• Strong coordination skills across multi-disciplinary teams, including consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and implement construction methodologies, resolve technical issues, and respond effectively to unforeseen site challenges.

Role and Responsibilities

He/she will also work with the delivery teams comprising project managers,change management specialists, business analysts and clinical subject matterexperts to deliver the programme initiatives and projects.

• Understand business needs and develop IT strategies and work-plan for aspecific/group of business programmes in healthcare analytics domain.

• Engage, influence, communicate and seek approval from programme sponsor(s)and stakeholders to support the programme strategies and plans.

• Manage the programme scope, budget and schedule to deliver the desiredprogramme outcomes.

• Lead and drive the consultants and vendors in delivering theprogramme/project.

• Oversee the implementation and delivery of the IT programme/projects inhealthcare analytics domain.

• Report timely on programme/project’s achievements, issues and progress.

• Obtain endorsement of strategy and work-plan from programme sponsor withsupport from all stakeholders.

• Lead and drive the programme and project teams (including consultants)towards successfully delivery of programme/projects.

• On-time delivery of programme/projects.

• Responsible to track and monitor programme and projects are delivered withinapproved budget.

• Responsible to defined, monitored and achieved KPIs of programme andprojects.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of working experience as a Programme Manager or ProjectManager, preferably in healthcare IT / AI industry or public services.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in delivering end-to-end industryanalytics solutions, from conceptualization to deployment, within the industrywith either a consultancy or a technology company.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics/Computer Studies/IT/Engineering orany other relevant fields.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in IT industry

• Proven problem analysis and problem solving skills

• Good listening skills and an ability to ask questions and probe to uncoverissues.

• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• Have a good understanding of business processes and needs in order to createvalue in a business context with business intelligence and insights

• Good knowledge of various business/ enterprise/ clinical/ patientsystems/applications and outputs within specific industry domains will beadvantageous
