About the Role

Micron is seeking a Singapore‑based Principal Program Manager of Talent Branding and Recruitment Marketing to localize and activate our global employer brand strategy in the Asia market. Reporting to the Director of Global Talent Brand, this role focuses on understanding local talent trends, adapting global messaging and delivering targeted, in‑market recruitment marketing activities that support hiring needs. You will help identify local insights, risks and opportunities, and ensure they are surfaced to global leadership to guide ongoing strategies and execution. 

In this role, you will partner closely with Micron’s Asia Talent Acquisition, Global Communications & Marketing, and other regional stakeholders to deploy recruitment marketing initiatives, support candidate‑facing campaigns and enable teams with market‑relevant content and tools. Your work ensures that Micron’s global employer brand is effectively translated and activated across Asia. 

The ideal candidate brings strong execution skills, a deep understanding of local talent markets and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You should be comfortable turning global strategy into localized plans, collaborating across teams, and tracking the performance of small‑scale campaigns and initiatives.

Local Market Understanding (20%)

• Consult with local stakeholders on recruitment marketing activities to ensure global strategy is localized for market relevance 

• Plan and develop local market campaigns aligned to global strategy 

• Provide regional insight to talent brand vendors to ensure localized recruitment marketing tactics are aligned to global strategy 

• Define, track and report on campaign business impact 

Partnership and Enablement (20%) 

• Active member of global Talent Brand community 

• Support cross market/region projects and initiatives 

• Elevate issues, challenges and risk with recommended solutions 

Candidate Profile / Job Requirements  

Minimum Qualifications & Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience 

• 6+ years of experience in employer brand, recruitment marketing or related communication roles 

• Demonstrated experience executing and coordinating regional programs within a global framework 

• Ability and willingness to travel across Asia (~20–30%).

What to expect 

In this role, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating regional talent brand programs within a globally defined strategy. You will serve as a trusted regional operator, translating global direction into high-quality, on-the-ground execution while ensuring consistency, alignment and local relevance.  

This is a hands-on delivery-oriented role. You will not be expected to set global or regional talent brand strategy, but your insights will localize the strategy for Asia markets, and you will be accountable for ensuring programs are executed accurately, on time and to standard across the region. 

How you will contribute 

You will execute regional talent brand campaigns, initiatives and always-on programs in alignment with global strategy, timelines and priorities. You will coordinate across recruiting, the People team, communication and external partners to deliver consistent and effective regional activation. You will manage agencies, vendors and shared services supporting regional execution, ensuring quality, efficiency and adherence to brand standards. You will localize global assets and messaging to meet regional market needs while protecting brand integrity. You will oversee campaign operations, including timelines, approvals, asset deployment and post-campaign reporting. You will track and report on performance metrics, surfacing insights, risks and execution gaps to global partners. You will serve as the primary regional point of contact for Asia talent brand execution, proactively communicating status, dependencies and escalations. You will continuously improve execution processes, documentation and ways of working enable scale and consistency. Success will be measured by operational excellence, collaboration and the ability to deliver complex programs reliably across markets.

Technical Expertise: Experience with defect monitoring equipment and recipe management.

Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Equipment Management: Set up equipment, monitor stability, improve capability, and interact with vendor representatives for advanced functionality and application work.

Recipe Management: Write or modify equipment recipes to support the needs of the RDA area.

Tool Recovery: Perform basic and advanced recoveries of down tools for assigned workstations.

Software Upgrades: Drive software upgrades and improvements, working with internal and external vendors for implementation.

Tool Monitoring: Monitor tool qualification SPC charts for deviations, initiate tool repairs, and adjust limits as necessary.

Data Science skills: Apply scripting, coding, or programming for monitoring performance and capabilities of the inspection data

Data Analysis: Collect and analyze tool/process data to suggest ways to improve performance and efficiency.

Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors for escalation results on application issues and with Equipment Owners to identify long-term solutions to tool issues.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective vendor and team interactions.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Job Requirements:

Application Expertise: EBEAM Inspection for BSE, eScan, Hot Spot inspection technologies preferred; or RDA Optical inspection such as Brightfield or Grayfield or Darkfield .

Training and Mentoring: Proven experience in training and mentoring engineers and technicians.

Vendor Relations: Experience working with vendors for equipment setup, troubleshooting, and upgrades >3years.

Experience: 6+ years of semiconductor experience working with Ebeam inspection

Education: Master’s or PHD Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Micro Electronics or Physics field are preferred

Location: Singapore (Islandwide – deployment as close to your residence as possible)
Employment Type: Contract (24 / 36 months, renewable)

We are hiring on behalf of a leading global technology company with multiple data centers across Singapore.

This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work in a mission-critical, high-availability environment, supporting large-scale IT infrastructure. Training will be provided, making it suitable for candidates looking to build a career in data center operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, relocation, and decommissioning of IT equipment (servers, network, storage)
• Handle structured cabling, including patching and de-patching activities
• Provide hardware break-fix support (e.g. HDD, memory, SFP modules, motherboards)
• Troubleshoot IT and network-related issues and escalate when necessary
• Support routine inspections to ensure operational integrity of data center facilities
• Assist in maintenance activities and scheduled changes
• Manage inventory of spares, tools, and RMA processes
• Coordinate and supervise external vendors on-site
• Handle access control requests and support POP site operations
• Prepare task reports and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in shift duties, standby support, and after-hours activities as required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in data center operations, OR fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge are welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of structured cabling and IT hardware
• Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting or break-fix support is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
• Willingness to work shifts and be on standby when required
