The Role

The Head of Finance / Financial Controller will drive key parts of Intellect’s finance function, reporting directly to the CEO and VP Finance, and partnering closely with executive leaders and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

Financial Control & Reporting

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, and compliance

Key Responsibilities

Investor Relations

• Build and own EFGH's IR strategy, equity story, and institutional investor communications across the listing window and into steady-state public company operations.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project

• Around 10 years of experience in PMO or business management within a financial institution
