Job Scope:

• Provide administrative and logistical support for training programmes, workshops, and events
• Manage end-to-end programme administration
• Handle course setup and records, participant registration and communication, and post-course evaluations
• Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, materials preparation, and travel arrangements
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth programme execution
• Support procurement processes, budget tracking, billing, and payments
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with service standards

Requirements:

• Diploma in any field
• Experience in administration, operations, coordination or events support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with virtual platforms
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the planning and execution of programme-related training sessions and briefings.
• Maintain and organise training materials, user guides, presentations, and documentation, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate programme coordination activities.
• Assist in gathering, tracking, and managing stakeholder feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Consolidate attendance records, training outcomes, and feedback data for reporting purposes.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and administrative documentation to support programme operations.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support for ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma qualification in any discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working with various stakeholders and supporting cross-functional coordination efforts.
• Meticulous, adaptable, and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
