• Unleash your creativity! Design eye-catching infographics, engaging newsletters, dynamic presentations, and captivating videos that make complex information easy to understand and exciting. Your mission? To ensure everyone gets it and loves it!
• Become a Canva pro and master of Google Workspace tools to produce visually stunning content that perfectly reflects our brand.
• Communication Strategist in the Making:
• Team up with our Total Rewards Manager to craft and roll out communication plans that cut through the noise and highlight the amazing benefits and compensation programs we offer.
• Employee Engagement Champion:
• Help us plan and execute awesome holistic wellbeing events, from concept to communication. Your creative promos will ensure high participation and a buzzing atmosphere!
• Be the voice of our employees! Gather feedback on our communications and brainstorm innovative ways to make our programs even better, boosting satisfaction and creating a truly engaged workforce.

Who We're Looking For (Requirements):

Job Description

• Support in payroll functions
• To assist in payroll processing i.e checking overtime, allowances, attendance etc and maintain proper record and filling.
• To assist in the overall HR department
• General office and administrative duties

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource.
• Good written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (able to read and write Mandarin will be an added advantage).
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, willing to learn, hardworking.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kampung Baru Balakong (Seri Kembangan).
• Internship position for duration of 3-6 month(s).
