prettyFIT is a well-known Singaporean ladies footwear brand with a strong reputation for creating stylish and comfortable shoes for women. We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our team and oversee the Human Resource Admin and people's experience.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions and support Admin functions
· Prepare and manage compensation, benefits and staff claims on Info Tech HR software
· Verify retail staffs’ working hours
· Process and review annual leaves, medical leaves, child care leaves, and maternity leaves
· Maintain updated staff files
· Responsible for the hiring process including advertisement, screening and interview arrangement processes
· Application and processing of work permits, employment passes and internship programs
· Prepare all HR documents such as letters of appointment, confirmation, salary adjustment etc
· Answer staff queries on company and HR policies
· Facilitate on-boarding orientation and off-boarding processes
· Arrange and coordinate trainings and courses
· Implement relevant HR policies and procedures and update company policies
· Constant review of HR policies and process to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
· Manage MOM surveys and queries
· Process insurance claims if any
Requirements:
· Diploma in HR or relevant fields with minimum two years of related work experience
· Computer literacy including excel and pivot tables; working knowledge of Info Tech Software system an added advantage
· Good knowledge of MOM rules and regulations
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills; meticulous and highly responsible
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision
