Responsibilities
Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts and confirmation letters
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
Support monthly payroll processing, CPF contributions, and tax submissions
Administer employee benefits, leave, and claims
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR matters
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Oversee office administration, vendors, and workplace facilities
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and guidelines from SkillsFuture Singapore(SSG) and EduTrust Certification Scheme (EduTrust)
Assisting with audits, reporting, and HR/Admin projects
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
2–3years of HR/Admin or HR generalist experience (education sector is a plus)
Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act and HR practices
Knowledge of SSG / EduTrust requirements is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle confidential information
A team player with a hands-on and adaptable approach
