The job

Reporting to and work closely with the Group HR Manager, you will be supporting the team in all areas of HR administration. Your role will encompass all employee levels within the organization. As the HR Executive, your main job duties will include day-to-day general HR administration, recruitment activities, induction training and development and payroll administration. 

Responsible for the general spectrum of HR functions, including payroll administration, matters relating to staff discipline, grievances, domestic inquiries, staff compensation and welfare.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage onboarding, support blue-collar recruitment, coordinate training, and act as a HR Business Partner to operational teams. Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding, Work Pass & Employee Setup

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and coordination with internal stakeholders
