Your Impact

In this role, you will directly support applicants and learners joining our healthcare programmes, converting prospects into Generation learners through a robust and effective recruitment funnel. What You Will Do

1. Learner Recruitment Support

• Ensure prompt, professional and friendly management of programme queries through email, phone calls, whatsapp messages
• Assist in the screening and selection of learners for upcoming programmes and ensure close alignment with organisational targets
• Assist in organising and planning recruitment events

2. Programme Support

• Support the team with organising and executing program-centric events (e.g. program information sessions, field trips, classroom activities, career fairs)
• Support the team with problem solving programme-related challenges to optimise the learner experience
• Any other organisational support tasks assigned by supervisor
