Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

Reporting & Documentation

Continuous Improvement

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT asset management, inventory management, IT operations, or related functions.
• Experience managing IT hardware inventory and asset tracking processes.
• Good understanding of IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and mobile devices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience using asset management systems, inventory management tools, or service management platforms is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance (O&S)

• Ensure smooth operations of existing HR systems and successful implementation of software and hardware upgrades.
