We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Marine HR Executive for one of our global shipping clients. The role focuses on crew management, recruitment, and compliance for vessel operations. The position serves as the central point of contact (PIC) for all Marine HR matters pertaining to the assigned vessels. • Propose, update, and implement HR policies on leave, claims, and benefits.

• Liaise with banks and government agencies for funds, applications, and renewals.

• Ensure proper filing of all HR-related documents.

• Undertake any ad-hoc HR assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.

• Minimum 4 years of HR and Administration experience.

• Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and practices.

• Excellent organizational skills, independence, and cultural awareness.
