• HR Manager to lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions within the organization.

Strategic HR Business Partnering

• Partner closely with senior management and department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.

• Support workforce planning, manpower deployment, and succession planning initiatives.
• Review and enhance HR policies, processes, and practices to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Provide insights on HR trends and workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making.

HR Operations & Talent Management

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding.Lead learning and development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities and career progression.
• Manage performance management processes, including appraisal cycles and talent development programs.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and industry best practices.
• Monitor HR metrics and workforce data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Managing end-to-end HR functions, preferably in engineering, construction, or project-based industries.
• Strong HR business partnering skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Hands-on, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.
