Your Challenges and Responsibilities

• Oversee end to end operations and issues relating to Operations including Production Operations & Planning.
• Handle & manage team from various departments including Cake Baking, Cake Decoration, Bread Baking, Retail etc
• Oversee teams to ensure SOPs and product quality is maintained.
• Work with team to continuous streamline and update internal Standard Operating Procedure through constant review and data-collecting.
• Conduct and ensure QC of products from start-to-end.
• Initiates & work with team on R&D to constantly develop new products & update product offerings.
• Close watch on competitor's activities in terms of product offerings, operational, financial aspect and marketing activities.
• Liaison with other Support Functions Department from Sales & Marketing, Human Resource, Finance, Supply Chain, and Administration team.

Skills Requirements

• Prior experience in F&B / Food Services / Retail / Maufacuturing is a necessity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & basic Google Suite is a must
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
