About the Role

We are looking for a Microsoft Identity Services Engineer / Lead to manage and maintain identity and access management solutions. This role involves supporting daily operations, monitoring service performance, managing accounts and subscriptions, and ensuring security compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for tickets related to Microsoft Identity services

• Manage daily operations using runbooks provided by the IDNA (Identity & Network Access) team

• Handle tenant provisioning, account, and subscription management

• Monitor services to ensure stability, performance, and security

• Manage incidents and follow prescribed security and compliance processes, including certificate rotation

• Escalate unresolved issues to Microsoft or relevant teams

• Maintain documentation and collaborate with team members for process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field

• Engineer: At least 2 years of technical engineering experience with coding

• Lead/Specialist: At least 5 years of technical engineering experience with coding

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills

• Self-driven, able to work independently, and think strategically

• Quick learner, adaptable to new technologies and industry trends

• Experience building or maintaining highly scalable services

Technical Skills

Programming languages: C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS

Knowledge of open-source tools or frameworks is an advantage
