Job Purpose

The Curriculum Developer is responsible for designing, mapping, and translating academic and executive education programmes into SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)-aligned, Skills Framework (SFw)-mapped learning pathways. The role ensures courses are industry-relevant,competency-based, stackable into micro-credentials, aligned to national workforce skills frameworks, and compliant with SSG funding requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Skills Framework Mapping & Curriculum Translation

·      Translate academic content intoSkills Framework (SFw)-aligned competencies

·      Map learning outcomes to Technical Skills & Competencies (TSCs) and Core Skills

·      Identify skill gaps and redesign curriculum accordingly

·      Ensure alignment with SSG funding requirements

Curriculum Design & Development

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, HRD or related field

Certification in DDDLP preferred

Experience

5+ years in curriculum development, instructional design or training environment

Experience in Skills Framework mapping highly desirable

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP BW/4HANA data models including ADSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views, and InfoObjects.
• Develop and optimize SAP BOBJ Web Intelligence (WebI) reports with focus on performance, usability, and business alignment.
• Build and enhance data extraction frameworks using CDS-ODP extractors and standard BW extractors.
• Develop BW/BEx Queries with complex calculations, restricted/key figures, variables, and query optimization techniques.
• Perform data modeling and transformation logic using BW transformations, routines (Start/End/Field), and AMDP where applicable.
• Implement ABAP developments in BW including routines, customer exits, BADIs, function modules, and DTP filter routines.
• Work on data loading processes including DTPs, process chains, delta mechanisms, and error handling/monitoring.
• Design and maintain process chains for data loads, scheduling, and automation of BW processes.
• Perform data reconciliation and ensure data consistency across source systems and reporting layers.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical BW/4HANA and reporting solutions.
• Support system integration, testing (unit, SIT, UAT), and production deployments.
