Overtime

The OneSource & SAP Tax IT Analyst is a hands-on role within Renesas’ Enterprise Applications organization, supporting OneSource and SAP S/4HANA implementation and post go-live support for global tax processes. The role focuses on the functional support of OneSource as the primary tax engine integrated with SAP S/4HANA.

This position requires strong ownership, structured problem solving, and the ability to work independently after appropriate training and ramp-up. The candidate will collaborate with tax business users, FI SAP Analysts, project teams, and cross-functional IT stakeholders to deliver stable, efficient, and sustainable tax technology solutions. This role also provides exposure to global business processes and the opportunity to contribute to a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation project.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation and post go-live operations for global tax processes, with OneSource as the primary tax engine solution.
• Configure, maintain, and support OneSource, including tax rules, tax determination, mapping, master data support, and tax calculation validation.
• Analyze and resolve tax-related incidents, interface issues, and SAP S/4HANA–OneSource integration issues.
• Translate tax and finance business requirements into practical SAP S/4HANA and OneSource solutions, including change requests and enhancements.
• Support testing, documentation, deployment readiness, user training, and post-deployment stabilization.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external support partners to ensure tax-related deliverables are completed with quality and consistency.

Purpose: Assist payroll operations by guaranteeing adherence to statutory regulations and the prompt, precise processing of employee payments, including the submission and handling of government-related claims. To manage employee insurance and benefits in accordance with HR policies.

Key Area of Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll to guarantee prompt, accurate, and complete salary payments for all employees.
• Administer employee insurance and flexible benefits programs in compliance with insurance and HR policies.
• Manage statutory claims such as NS Make-Up Pay claims, Government-Paid Leave claims, and others, following government regulations.

Requirement

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
• Strong understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and relevant statutory requirements (such as CPF, IRAS, and MOM)
• Preferably experienced in managing government-paid leave schemes and statutory claims
• Knowledge of payroll software (e.g., Times Software) is an advantage

This role is centered on physical retail floor execution. KeyResponsibilities

1. Visual Merchandising & Display Design

2. Boutique Stock Tracking & Inventory Management

• Outlet Stock Control: Keep an accurate, real-time count of physical stock, sample quantities, and PR kits stored directly at the SCAPE retail outlet.
• Inbound & Logistics: Receive incoming stock shipments, cross-verify delivery manifests, inspect items for quality control, and physically unbox and shelve products.
• Data Logging: Coordinate directly with our supply chain team to flag stock shortages, update sample consumption records, and log accurate inventory inputs into our tracking sheets.

3. On-Ground Event Coordination

• Event Ground Support: Act as the main operational point-of-contact during on-site pop-up events, workshops, and product launch days.
• Logistics Handling: Manage the physical movement of gear, crowd flow setups, and material distributions during events (less on the conceptual strategy, more on making sure elements run smoothly on the floor).
• Creator Studio Prep: Ensure that streaming booths and studio spaces are camera-ready, stocked with product samples, and visually optimized for visiting content creators and live hosts.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience working in a fast-paced retail environment. Direct experience in a beauty, cosmetics, skincare chain is highly preferred.
• Visual Eye: Proven understanding of retail visual merchandising rules, color balancing, and shelf layout design.
• Operations Comfort: Highly organized and comfortable handling systematic stock counts, inventory record-keeping, and logistics coordination.
