Pricing Support

• Assist in reviewing pricing data and validating calculations
• Support updates to pricing tables and related documentation
• Identify and escalate discrepancies in pricing information

Administrative & Coordination Support

• Maintain organized filing and documentation of pricing and quotation records
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required inputs for quotations
• Track quotation requests and ensure timely turnaround

Excel & Data Management

• Use Microsoft Excel to compile, maintain, and analyse pricing data
• Perform data validation, formatting, and basic analysis using formulas and functions
• Maintain structured trackers and reports for monitoring purposes

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance or any related discipline
• Prior experience in administration, operations, or pricing/quotation support
• Experience working with quotation systems or pricing databases
• Highly proficient in in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data organization, basic analysis)
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
• Good organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Exposure to insurance, financial services, or corporate environments is good to have

Role Overview

Support the practical, responsible, and effective use of enterprise approved generative AI capabilities across the organisation. This role focuses on enabling business users to apply AI meaningfully in day‑to‑day work, driving adoption, and ensuring usage aligns with governance, data protection, and security standards.

You will act as a bridge between employees, business stakeholders, and technology teams—helping translate AI tools into real productivity gains and scalable ways of working.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Enable employees to effectively use enterprise‑approved AI tools for documentation, analysis, presentations, and productivity improvement.
• Support the adoption and use of approved AI agents and low‑code / no‑code AI‑enabled solutions.
• Guide users on when and how to apply different AI tools or agents for specific business tasks and workflows.
• Develop and maintain AI enablement assets, including playbooks, prompt guides, FAQs, and best‑practice examples.
• Deliver hands‑on support, training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to build baseline AI literacy and confidence
• Partner with business stakeholders to support AI adoption, change enablement, and consistent usage standards.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Exposure to digital, analytics, or technology‑enabled initiatives is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of enterprise generative AI capabilities at a user‑application level (non‑engineering).
• Ability to guide business users on effective prompting, use‑case selection, and responsible AI usage.
• Strong problem‑solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.

Salary: up to $4500 per month

3 months contract (subject to extension)

Job Scope:

• Digital Operations Management:
• Execute daily website content uploads, updates, and maintenance
• Process content update requests from internal teams and external stakeholders
• Coordinate event approval workflows ensuring compliance with established criteria and standards
• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance checks on all files and content before publication
• Monitor published content for accuracy, consistency, and currency of information
• Analytics and Performance Reporting:
• Extract and compile key performance metrics for weekly target performance reports with accurate data delivery to stakeholders
• Support trend analysis to identify patterns and insights from performance datasets
• Collaborate with marketing teams to put together reports for campaign performance and funnel analysis

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• At least 3 years of experience in related fields
• Basic data analytics capabilities
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets) and CSV file management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder coordination
• Meticulous attention to detail for quality assurance and data accuracy
• Adaptability and learning agility to master new digital tools and evolving requirements
• Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting content and data inconsistencies
