We’re looking for a Assistant Finance Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting and overseeing day-to-day finance operations across assigned modules and cost centers.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full spectrum of duties under assigned modules and cost centers

• These may include certain aspect of the financial modules such as Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), PO-AP related, Direct invoices, Cash and Bank mgt, Fixed Assets (FA), General Ledger (GL), GST, Financial Reporting, Schedules preparation and reconciliation to financial reports (Trial Balance, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheets). Transactional Data entries into the various modules are expected.

• Preparation of assigned monthly and yearly management reports, Audit and other schedules, Fixed Assets Schedule and Bank Reconciliation when applicable

• Management of Quarterly GST reporting (partial / whole company level)

• Maintenance of financial records in accordance with statutory requirements and ensure its approvals and completeness in our ERP/ Accounts

• Resolve Accounting related discrepancies with stakeholders (internal and external), Business Group counter-parts, ERP vendors to rectify issues that has financial implication / closing of accounts

• Assist with Audit requirements and clarifications and with Fixed Assets, Inventories physical sighting/ count exercises, when assigned

• Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time by the HOD/ CFO

• Assigned tasks may varies and subject to re-deployment by the HOD subject to work exigencies and corporate development

Specifics areas for the above would include:

1. Accounts Receivables (for all Business Units, including POS reconciliations),
2. Bank reconciliation (both ERP and Excel based),
3. Fixed Assets module (FA),
4. Right of Use Assets (ROU),
5. Inventories schedules (when relevant),
6. Support in corporate Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) data gathering, analytics and reporting

Requirements
Education: At least Degree in Accountancy

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of relevant accounting/ Finance work experience, preferably in Linen, F&B industries

Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel (esp Pivot, Vlookup etc, Word, PowerPoint),
• Have experience in managing full set of accounts, familiarity with Synergix ERP would be an added advantage,
• Energetic and able to work well in a fast-paced, high work volume, results-oriented, collaborative environment,
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and under pressure within tight schedules,

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

We are recruiting for a real estate investment platform their living strategies and this role will be reporting to the CIO directly. You will be in an execution resource for the CIO and taking ownership in originating, underwriting, structuring, and closing transactions independently. In this capacity, you will be mainly responsible for:

(1) Deal Origination & Market Coverage

• Source new investment opportunities through networks, developer relationships, brokers, and direct outreach
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with developers, operators, lenders, intermediaries, and capital partners
• Conduct sector and market analysis to identify emerging trends, mispriced opportunities, and strategic entry points
• Contribute to and help execute partnership program with developer-led companies, building platform-level relationships beyond deal-by-deal engagement

(2) Investment Underwriting & Execution

• Lead financial modelling, valuation analysis, and return underwriting for acquisition, development, and recapitalisation transactions — including IRR, equity multiple, NPV, and sensitivity analysis
• Structure transactions with a capital-efficient mindset: evaluate senior debt, mezzanine, and equity layers and recommend optimal capital stack solutions
• Lead or co-lead due diligence across legal, tax, technical, and commercial workstreams — coordinating external advisors without over-relying on them

(3)  Fundraising & Investor Support

• Support the CIO and senior leadership in capital raising efforts — including preparation of investor materials, responses to due diligence queries, and presentation of investment opportunities
• Contribute to the development of institutional-grade investment memorandum, fund presentations, and investment documentation
• Participate in investor meetings and roadshows where required — presenting investment strategy, deal pipeline, and portfolio performance with clarity and confidence

Requirements:

You possess a degree from a reputable educational institute and have about 8-12 years in private equity real estate, real estate investment banking, or direct real estate investment — with at least 4 years in a role with direct deal execution responsibility.

You have demonstrated track record of executing real estate transactions end-to-end and Direct experience in Australian commercial real estate markets is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with capital stack structuring including senior debt, mezzanine, and equity layers; experience with credit-led or hybrid structures is advantageous.

Experience working within or alongside a fund management platform — including familiarity with investment committee processes, LP reporting, and fund-level economics.
