Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Engineering, Construction, or related field.

• Experience in mission‑critical or data center environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple regions.

About the Role

An international project and cost management consultancy is seeking an experienced MEP Cost Manager to support a major airport infrastructure project. The role focuses on the commercial management of complex MEP systems across large-scale aviation works, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. Similarly, we are looking for the same Cost Manager for Data Center as well.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre‑ and post‑contract cost management services for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health) works
• Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts for airport projects
• Evaluate MEP designs and specifications to ensure cost efficiency, value engineering, and buildability
• Manage tendering, procurement, tender analysis, and contract award recommendations
• Assess interim valuations, variations, change controls, and final accounts for MEP packages
• Coordinate closely with design consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders
• Produce regular cost reports and risk assessments aligned with client governance frameworks
• Support commercial negotiations and dispute avoidance where required

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline
• 6–12+ years of experience in MEP cost management or commercial management
• Strong project experience in airports, aviation infrastructure, data centers, or large complex developments
• Proven background within a consultancy / professional services environment
• Solid understanding of MEP systems, contracts, and procurement strategies
• Experience managing large MEP packages and interfacing with multiple stakeholders

This role oversees full pre‑contract and post‑contract cost management, ensures commercial alignment across markets, and provides strategic cost advice to senior stakeholders. The position requires strong technical competency in CSA and MEP cost structures, fast‑track project delivery, and experience with highly coordinated environments typical of data centre construction.
