Key Responsibilities

• Develop, qualify, and optimize Active Alignment processes for optical transceiver products.
• Establish and maintain alignment recipes, process parameters, and operating procedures.
• Optimize optical coupling performance, process repeatability, and manufacturing throughput.

• Support NPI projects, engineering builds, and product transfer into mass production.

• Develop and maintain Bonding Programs, alignment recipes, SOPs, and Work Instructions.
• Participate in equipment installation, qualification, and acceptance activities.
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality, reliability, and customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product performance.
