As part of our ongoing enhancement and maintenance of the Salesforce CRM systems.

The implementation of this CRM represents a strategic transformation from a traditional customer service model to an advanced cloud-based, AI-enabled omnichannel service model. This service transformation will be brought about through enhancements to the existing Salesforce CRM platform, with the objective of strengthening customer engagement capabilities while maintaining robust operational control and security measures.

The Salesforce CRM system continues to support multiple stakeholder groups, including approximately 175 concurrent users (covering Contact Centre staff, L2 officers, management, and system administrators). The enhanced Salesforce CRM (NOVA CRM) will deliver comprehensive customer relationship management capabilities across the following key areas:

• AI-enabled case triage and response capabilities, including automated case categorisation, intelligent routing, GenAI-supported response generation, and email case summarisation
• Unified omnichannel integration, supporting channels such as WhatsApp chatbot, live chat, voice, and appointment booking, with seamless transitions between self-service and agent-assisted interactions;

What will you do?

• To configure, enhance, test, and support business capabilities within Salesforce CRM, using low-code and declarative tools to deliver maintainable solutions for customer service and case management operations. The project context is based on Salesforce Service Cloud and includes case management, customer records, knowledge support, and custom objects.
• Configure and enhance Salesforce CRM using declarative capabilities such as flows, validation rules, Lightning pages, page layouts, formulas, queues, and assignment rules.
• Support business processes related to case creation, case handling, customer interactions, service operations, and knowledge enablement. The documented platform includes standard and custom objects such as Case, Account, Contact, Case Notes, Course, Case Course, and Knowledge-related objects.
• Deliver minor enhancements, bug fixes, maintenance updates, and service requests in accordance with release and support processes.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in building construction, with substantial experience working for A1 Main Contractors
3. Experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial projects is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and management of construction projects from initial stages through to completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to develop detailed project schedules, track progress, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.
• Work with architects and engineers to review construction plans, ensuring designs are feasible and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough feasibility studies and risk assessments to proactively identify potential challenges and provide innovative solutions as needed.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications through regular site inspections, monitoring construction activities, and addressing any non-compliance issues.
• Supervise day-to-day construction operations, ensuring on-time completion and adherence to budget constraints while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards.
• Develop and enforce comprehensive site safety plans and protocols, working in tandem with safety personnel to foster a culture of safety within project teams.
• Monitor and analyse project expenditure, assisting in the preparation of budget forecasts to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Other duties as assigned by the HOD - Engineering or Project Management Team.
