• Generate reports on performance, capacity, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Identify opportunities for automation and reliability improvements to strengthen infrastructure resilience.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure administration and support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, RHEL, VMware, and enterprise hardware (servers, storage, networking).
• Hands-on experience with backup and recovery tools, firewalls, and system monitoring platforms.
• Familiarity with container platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes), DevOps tools (Ansible, GitLab), and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, change, and problem management).
• Experience in pre-sales or tender preparation will be an added advantage.
• Candidate should be open and willing to learn about system, application, and middleware layers — including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of integrations.
