Expertise in Palomar equipment, with an emphasis on die attach processes, including programming and knowledge of advanced packaging materials is required. Additionally, candidate must be willing to develop expertise on wire bond and vacuum reflow processes. Being part of the small Palomar Singapore Applications team requires that each person where “multiple hats” in our Application lab.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure project requirements are met
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, cleanroom protocols, and semiconductor industry regulations
• Monitor project schedules, site progress, testing, and commissioning activities
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide technical solutions
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and as-built drawings

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma related Engineering field
• Familiar with utility hook-up services for semiconductor tools/equipment
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor facility systems and cleanroom environment
• Experience in process piping, HVAC, and facility coordination
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
• Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• Semiconductor fab / wafer plant project experience
• Project management or site supervision experience
